The Provision of Insurance Services

⁠⁠⁠The Public Trustee offers an independent professional trustee service to the West Australian community. It is a statutory body that operates under the authority of the Parliament of Western Australia.

The Public Trustee employs specialist solicitors, accountants and experienced Estate and Trust Managers to represent the interests of estates under administration, the beneficiaries of those estates and the financial affairs of those for whom the Public Trustee is appointed as administrator.

Through Estate and Trust Managers, the Public Trustee manages a wide range of assets including vehicles and residential properties within Western Australia (most being within the Perth metropolitan area). Most of the residential properties are occupied. One of the management functions is to ensure client’s assets are insured in keeping with the Public Trustee’s legal obligations and the capacity of the individual client to meet the costs in each case.

This Request seeks the services of a suitably experienced organisation or partnered organisations to provide both insurance broking and underwriting services.
