Residential Property Management Services on Rottnest Island

⁠⁠⁠Rottnest Island operates primarily on the revenue received from visitors, admission fees, accommodation tariffs and other services and facilities. Settlement is confined to the eastern end of the Island, closest to Perth.There are approximately 60 residential premises on Rottnest Island with gross rental receipts of approximately $600,000 per annum.

The RIA is seeking a suitably qualified residential property management agency to manage its portfolio of residential properties on the Island.

The successful Respondent will be required to:

* Provide residential Property/Lease Management services,
* Provide a detailed submission including the fee to be charged and an outline of the services which will be provided; and
* Manage the assets on behalf of the RIA to reduce the overheads of the RIA in the direct relationship with the tenants/lessee’s.
