Vacant land at Sunshine Street, Murrurundi, is currently open for expressions of interest.
This vacant land is a road reserve between Murulla and Boyd Streets Murrurundi. The land is approximately 0.61 hectares in size which can be leased by 1 person or broken into smaller lots for multiple tenants.
The tenant(s) will be responsible to fence and maintain the area, including weed control and water if needed.
