Design and Construction (2) Independent Living Aged Person Units

⁠⁠⁠Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified building companies for the Planning, Design and Construction of at least two (2) Independent Living Aged Person Units.

Prospective tenderers MUST discuss the project with the office prior to submission of tender.

Tenders shall be contained in a sealed envelope endorsed 'RFT 1-2015/16' and addressed to the CEO and either mailed to PO Box 96, Williams WA 6391; hand delivered to the Shire of Williams at 9 Brooking St Williams or emailed. Tenders must be received on or before 10:00am THURSDAY 29th OCTOBER 2015.

Canvassing of Councillors or Staff will disqualify the tender submission. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
