Bibbulmun Track Camp Sites & Shelters (x2) Supply and Construct - Possum Springs and Brookton

⁠⁠⁠Summary of items to rebuild the camp sites that are included in this scope of works:

• Construct two (2) campsite shelters and two (2) associated toilets at different locations on the Bibbulmun Track with works including:

1. Rammed Earth and steel roofed construction of Bibbulmun Track shelter
2. Rammed Earth and steel roofed construction of Bibbulmun Track convenience amenities (including sewage tank supply and installation)

• Site preparation – construction pad levelling both sites (height adjustment at Possum Springs), batter rock pitching, footing excavation
• Supply and install retaining wall (Possum Springs only)
• Building and site drainage
• Supply and installation water tanks and rainwater plumbing (Rapid PlasticRT4500l – ‘Pale Eucalypt’ colour)
• Stabilising floor and surrounds of building
• Install picnic tables and BBQ’s
• Clean up and rehabilitate site.

A site visit will be held at Possum Springs , via Harvey-Quindanning Road. Prospective respondents are required to notify the Contact Person of their intention to attend and to obtain the meeting place and time details. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.  Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
