Tender Description
The Greenfields Development Company and UrbanGrowth NSW are seeking expressions of interest for operators interested in purchasing a site for the purposes of constructing and operating a child care centre in Oran Park Town. Two sites have been identified and both sites could provide about 90 places each.
We are seeking submissions from child care providers able to demonstrate a commitment to the overall objectives of the project and the specific objectives listed in the EOI Brief.
Submissions must be received by 16 October 2015.
