Tipplers Passage Dredging and Beach Nourishment 2015

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking tenders to undertake dredging works to Tipplers Passage and beach nourishment works to South Stradbroke Island.

The major items included in the Works are as follows:

* Undertake dredging to the Tipplers Passage within Dredge Area A - Main Channel South, Dredge Area B - Tipplers Passage, Dredge Area C - Tipplers Anchorage and Dredge Area D - Tipplers Passage North as defined on the drawings.
* Transport and dispose the dredged material from Dredge Areas A and D to the approved deposition area on the eastern side of South Stradbroke Island.
* Transport by pipeline and place dredged material from Dredge Areas B and C to the beach nourishment areas as defined by the Drawings.
* Undertake all environmental management and monitoring activities required under the development approvals, permit conditions and environmental management plan.

It does not include water quality monitoring of the works - this is being arranged by the Principal.
