Preferred Supplier Arrangement - Wet & Dry Hire of Plant/Equipment & Operator Labour Hire

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for a Register of Preferred Suppliers for the Wet & Dry Hire of Plant/Equipment and Operator Labour Hire.

A Tender briefing will be held on Friday, 09 October 2015 between 1:30pm and 3:30pm in the Gold & Beef Rooms at Council's Administration Centre, Mosman Street, Charters Towers. Tenderers are to confirm if they will be attending this briefing.

Following a review of Council's contractor control procedures, it is now a mandatory requirement that all contractors seeking inclusion on this register submit their WH&S Management System for approval.

In accordance with Section 228(7)(b) of the Local Government Regulation 2072, Council may negotiate with all persons who have submitted a tender to change their specifications after the closing date specified by Council.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders must be submitted in writing to: The Chief Executive Officer and endorsed with the Tender Title and Reference Number.
