Provision of Window Cleaning Services for Fremantle Hospital and Health Service, King Edward Memorial Hospital and Osborne Park Hospital

⁠⁠⁠This Request is for the provision of window cleaning services to the following WA Health sites:

* Fremantle Hospital & Health Service;
* King Edward Memorial Hospital; and
* Osborne Park Hospital.

The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request may be awarded in any of the following ways:

* a single supplier for all sites;
* a single supplier for individual sites; or
* a panel of suppliers.

The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby Customers can place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.

Respondents may submit an offer for individual, multiple or all sites.
