Provision of Real Estate Valuation Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of real estate valuation services for a three (3) year period, with 2 x 1 years extension options.

The object of the tender is to provide Hunter Water with a panel of real estate valuers who will provide a service that is reliable, highly responsive, well managed and controlled, delivered at the time specified and at least cost to the Corporation.

It is intended that a panel of accredited real estate valuers be established to undertake valuations within the Corporation's area of operations being the local government areas of: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Cessnock, Dungog and Great Lakes.

Respondents are required to outline their level of experience supplying market valuations for Sale, Acquisition and Easement purposes for:
a. Commercial Industrial Land
b. Rural Land
c. Residential Land
d. Open Space land
e. Special Uses land

Respondents should also demonstrate their level of experience in such areas as:
a. Supplying Rental Evaluation
b. Supplying Asset Evaluations
c. Professional Services including 3rd Party Negotiations

Tenders close at 2pm on Wednesday 14th October 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Hunter Water is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Hunter Water staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
