Trucks/Watercarts Tender Number 36.00572 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 Tenders, in a plain, sealed envelope on which are printed only the words 36.00572 - Hire of Trucks/Watercarts, are invited and will be received up until 4pm on Tuesday 13 October 2015, for the casual hire of tip trucks during 2016.
Tenders in envelopes which do not have the required words printed on them, or which have the company name or any other writing on them, will not be considered by Council. The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of tenders by Council will lead to the rejection of the individual tenders.
Tenders are to be placed in the tender box on the Ground Floor of Councils Civic Centre Foyer, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst, or submitted via email to council@bathurst.nsw.gov.au, prior to closing time. The lowest, highest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
