Tenderers for these works may be afforded a preference in accordance with Regulation 24A-G of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations and the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley Regional Price Preference Policy AF33 adopted 24 April 2002.

Tender submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the above tender number using the tender submission forms; not doing so may disqualify the tender. Tenders must be delivered to the Administration Offices located at Stanley Square, Cnr Loch and Johnston Streets, Derby or mailed to:
