Tender Description
Offers are invited for the execution and completion of the Works described in accordance with the Drawings and Specification supplied herewith, the Conditions of Tender, MBRC’s Special Conditions of Contract, MBRCs Minor Works Contract referencing AS4906-2002 supplied herein and any other information issued by the Principal for the purposes of tendering.
This project includes the relocation of the existing Visitor Information Centre building at cnr South Pine Road and Gympie Road, Strathpine and the associated building works to establish the building in John Scott Park, Samford.
