Expression of Interest - Lease of Central Oval Cafe

⁠⁠⁠The Port Augusta City Council (the Council) is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of a Cafe in the re‐developed Central Oval complex, located on the site bounded by Augusta Terrace and Highway One Port Augusta.

The facility is owned by the Council. The Council is seeking expressions of interest from experienced food retail operators who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering a high standard of food and beverage service.

This expression of interest will be the first stage of a two stage tender process. The expression of interest stage will result in a shortlist of operators who will be invited to provide further information as part of the EOI.
