Expressions of Interest Called From Gym Operators

⁠⁠⁠Club Sapphire Merimbula (Club) has a gym facility within its licensed premises.

The Club invites suitably qualified gym operators to lodge expressions of interest to operate the gym facility.

The gym facility consists of the following:
(a) fully air conditioned 300 square metres open space main gymnasium room
(b) male and female locker rooms, toilets and showers
(c) reception

Expressions of interest must set out the qualifications, skills, experience, expertise and professional memberships the proposed operator would bring to the position, if they were selected.

Expressions of interest must also state any specific plans or proposals the proposed operator would like to introduce into the gym facility as part of providing the Services, if they were selected.

Expressions of interest may also include proposed fees and terms the operator may wish to have included in any agreement.

The successful party will be engaged pursuant to a written services contract to provide the services.

Lodging an expression of interest is not an offer to enter into an agreement and the final terms of any agreement will be determined by the Club and the proposed operator.

The Club will not be bound to any agreement unless and until a written agreement is signed by all parties.

The Club reserves the right to negotiate with individual parties following the expression of interest process.

If the interested parties wish to inspect the gym area, they are to contact the Chief Executive Officer to make an appropriate time to do so.

Expressions of interest are to be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer marked "Private and Confidential, Expression of Interest for Gym use"
