Expressions of Interest for Leasing the Courtyard Cafe

⁠⁠⁠The Tenterfield Shire Council calls for expressions of interest for leasing the Courtyard Café located in the beautifully restored Sir Henry Parkes Memorial School of Arts – Tenterfield.

This popular café offers huge potential for growth with both local and tourist markets. This facility offers a relaxed & family oriented environment with both indoor and alfresco dining in a charming courtyard, within a picturesque Heritage listed building which provides Cinema, Theatre and Museum services.

The café has a good sized, well-appointed kitchen with low overheads and affordable lease. Further details regarding the lease and requirements can be forwarded to applicants.

The successful applicant will be expected to operate the café on a daily basis, and provide high quality catering on an as needed basis for a variety of functions such as:

Coach tours
Seminars
Special events (theatre/cinema etc.)
Weddings & Banquets

Applicants should include a resume of experience and minimum of 3 referees.
