Trustpower Limited's new Head Office accommodation is currently being built at 108-134 Durham Street in Tauranga. Completion date is set for February 2016. A public cafe will be incorporated within this building to meet the needs of Trustpower personnel, their guests and the public. Additionally it will provide catering to Trustpower's meetings and functions as requested. The cafe will be an independently owned and operated business.

The objective of this Request for Expressions of Interest ("REOI") process is to facilitate Parties to express their interest in leasing the space allocated for the cafe and being the owner and operator of the cafe business.

It is preferred that the cafe will commence trading to coincide with the completion of the building in February 2016.

It is envisaged that those parties responding to this REOI will be shortlisted down to Trustpower's most preferred two to three parties. Trustpower will then enter into discussion directly with each of these parties with the view to appointing one party as the lessee of the cafe space and to be the cafe operator.
