Sewer Rehabilitation Program 2015/16 for Orange City Council

⁠⁠⁠The works are located in the Orange NSW in the General location of the following blocks:-
* Margaret St block
* Clinton St block
* Sampson St block
* Woodward St block
* Anson St block
* Matthews Ave block

The works that are required to be undertaken in this contract include:-
Items identified within the specification, plans and schedule of rates;
Rehabilitation of 3125m of DN150 pipe as per the pipe and manhole schedule attached and locality plan
Rehabilitation of 400m of DN225 pipe as per the pipe and manhole schedule attached and locality plan
Rehabilitation of 174m of DN300 pipe as per the pipe and manhole schedule attached and locality plan
Rehabilitation of approximately 190 junctions
Reconnection to 86 existing access chambers, as per the pipe and manhole schedule
Digging up in nine locations as identified on the line schedule.

The approximate depth to invert levels of the access chambers is shown on the plan and in pipe and manhole schedule.

The works are located in the Orange on private and public property. Private property includes area occupied by Private Residences, Schools, and car parks and may have restricted access. Significant traffic control and possible road closures may be required. Some of the works may have to be scheduled for outside of business hours.
