Architectural Services for the Aboriginal and Environmental Interpretive Centre

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking Tenders for architectural services from suitably experienced Consultants for the new Aboriginal and Environmental Interpretive Centre to be located on the banks of the Avon River. The Centre will celebrate the role Aboriginal Australians have played in the region.

Tenderers are required to undertake services which include but are not limited to Concept Design through to Detailed Design and Approvals, with Building Contract Superintendence an option at the Principal's discretion. The successful Tenderer will need to work closely with the Shire of Northam, the successful Interpretive Designer and the successful Builder.
