Tender Description
Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for the hire of earthmoving equipment at various locations in NSW.
This contract is for the wet and dry hire of earthmoving equipment (Plant and Trucks) throughout various locations in NSW.
The contract is for one year from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016.
This is a Work-As-Ordered contract based on Schedule of Rates.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and must be an acceptable legal entity.
Organisations seeking to submit a Tender must have:
* A registered company;
* Acceptance of Conditions of Contract;
* Demonstrated capacity to supply the equipment and operators for hire;
* Demonstrated capacity to comply with RMS Equipment Requirements;
* Demonstrated capacity to comply with RMS Operator Competency Requirements;
* Demonstrated Quality System, Environmental Management & WHS documentation and experience;
* Suitable personnel, plant, equipment, subcontractors and methodology to meet the service delivery plan; and
* Other requirements as detailed in RFT;
Tender shall be submitted before 3.30pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 21 October 2015. Tender must be enclosed in the pre-addressed envelope supplied with the tender documents and placed in the Tender Box at the address for submission set out in the Tender Reference Schedule as detailed in the Tender Documents.
