Tender Description
The Contract for which a Tender in accordance with these conditions is to be made shall be on a Schedule of Rates basis. Prices are to be fixed for the first year and then subject to rise and fall on an annual basis.
The scope of Contract covers the supply and delivery of Road Sealing Aggregates to Council’s Works Depots at Charmhaven and Long Jetty, as and when required over a period of up to 36 months commencing from the date of acceptance of tender.
