Tender Description
Suitably qualified and experienced companies are invited to lodge a tender submission for the provision of cleaning services for various buildings, public toilets and bus shelters across the Lithgow Local Government area. The request for tender also includes ground maintenance for parks at Capertee and Glen Davis; cleaning of footpaths in the Portland and Wallerawang CBD areas and other miscellaneous cleaning as specified. Should Council enter into a contract with a successful tenderer the contract period will be for a period of five (5) years.
The "Request for Tender Documents" may be obtained from for no charge. The tender period will close at 11am on 1 October 2015.
A pre-tender briefing and visit to key sites shall be held on 22 September 2015.
Contacting Councillors or Council staff other than the designated contact person directly will result in automatic disqualification from the tender process.
