Tender Description
The overall project involves the delivery and construction of accommodation blocks to the Stephen and Dauan Island Power Stations.
The Contractor shall supply the following as part of the project works:
1. Design and manufacture, a pre-fabricated modular accommodation building to house 6 workers.
2. Transport to site, commission and construct the modular building.
3. Supply and construct all associated works for the building including but not limited to:
* Footings;
* Connection of Services;
* Stormwater drainage;
* Sewerage;
* Access paths.
4. Supply all materials and labour to complete the project.
5. Supply and install all fixtures, furnishings, appliances, cutlery and the like.
6. Supply all approvals, building certification and trade and engineering certificates.
7. Provide detailed as built drawings, specifications and manuals.
8. All other items described in this specification and appendices.
