Supply and Delivery of Bulk Water Treatment Chemicals (7 councils)
Description:
1. PURPOSE:
Supply and Delivery of Bulk Water Treatment Chemicals to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2017 with provision for a 1 year option.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames. The winning tenderers shall be single supplier per council per category.
Councils include HUN - 7 COUNCILS, Mid western Regional, Maitland City, Dungog Shire , Muswellbrook Shire, Singleton, Cessnock City & Upper Hunter Shire.
2. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00 am 22 September 2015. (Submissions shall be via the Electronic tender Box via Tenderlink).
A hard copy will also be required to be submitted to the Thornton office for evaluation purposes as per the invitation to tender. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
Documents cost $50 including GST (non-refundable).
