The Provision of Cleaning and Maintenance Services of Gross Pollutant Traps

⁠⁠⁠City of Ryde Council, is seeking quotations for the provision of cleaning and maintenance services to a variety of Gross Pollutant Trap units located across 38 locations within the City of Ryde.

The quotation is for the submission of prices (rates) for services to each of these units, based on a set program and for additional services (if required) to all Litter Control Devices (LCDs). The submission requires the contractor to provide information on the equipment, methodology and Safe Work Methods to be utilised in the undertaking of these services.

In addition to the cleaning of these units there will be the need for maintenance activities to be undertaken and the ability to respond to undertaking any necessary repairs on some selected units (mainly LCD's).

A reporting procedure on all activities undertaken will also be required as part of the invoicing process.
