City Library Air Conditioning & BMS Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the upgrade of the Cairns City Library air conditioning system and building management system (BMS).

Council reserves the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invitation. Council will invite all Tenderers to change their tenders to take account of any changes in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and endorsed “Tender 55270, City Library Air Conditioning & BMS Upgrade” and shall be addressed to the undersigned and lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to the Council Chambers, 119 -145 Spence Street, Cairns, QLD 4870 so as to be received in the Tender Box before the closing time of 4.30 pm on 22September 2015.

Submissions will not be opened publicly.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
