Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought from PQC 3 or higher Principal Consultants who have the appropriate skills, previous experience and expertise to provide their services in the delivery of the Longreach and Barcaldine PCP and Additional Works Package (the Project).

Responses to this EOI will be assessed for the purpose of establishing a select tender list of Principal Consultants.

The Principal Consultant will be required to commission, engage and coordinate the activities of the sub-consultants required to deliver the design and documentation (Full Design Documentation) in accordance with the project description and to the benefit of the project overall including but not limited to engineers, building certifier and asbestos consultants.
