Tender Description
The Scope of Works for this package comprises of camp catering, maintenance and full operations of 1300 personnel camp. The camp will be used to accommodate the mine’s workforce during the construction period. The expected duration of construction is 42 months.
The selected Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labour, specified equipment and furnishings tools, consumables and operating supplies, materials and incidentals, and perform all necessary operations required for the Works as detailed herein.
Works included, but not limited to:
* Camp management, records maintenance and reporting
* Mobilisation and Demobilisation
* Catering
* Housekeeping and janitorial
* Continued supply of ice and chilled water
* Waste management
* Camp maintenance, including warranty management
* Fire/safety/emergency services
* Camp security
* Laundry
* Insect and pest control
* Retail and Vending options
* Provision of lifestyle training
* Wireless broadband internet
