Tender Description
At the time of issuing the Tender Documents, the Works includes upgrades to key base services including power, water, stormwater, sewerage, gas, fuel systems and information and communications technology to modern standards. In addition, working and living accommodation is to be upgraded to contemporary and functional standards, like functions including messing, logistics support and retail areas are to be consolidated, and dilapidated and redundant buildings that are surplus to requirements are to be demolished.
The estimated value of the N2197 HMAS Cerberus Redevlopment Project is in the order of $273M +/- 30%.
