The remediation project requires the construction of an earthen containment structure called a monocell to contain the treated but contaminated excavation material from the UAPP remediation site.

The geotextiles & liners are to be supplied and installed in accordance with a specification with strict QA/QC requirements.

The service includes:

* Supply & safe storage of geotextiles & plastic lining materials
* Mobilisation of lining team, plant & equipment in 3 visits
* Installation of the geotextiles & liners
* Coordination with other sub-contractors
* Verification of quality requirements & test certificates

The contract will be based on a lump sum with the supplier responsible for risk.
