Blasting & Mobile Crushing Services to Process Gravel Pit Material

⁠⁠⁠Narromine Shire is centrally located in the State of NSW in the heart of the rich Macquarie Valley. Narromine, on the banks of the Macquarie River, offers a quality rural lifestyle and yet is just 39 kms away from the regional city of Dubbo.

The Shire covers an area of 5,268.9 km2 and has a population of approximately 6,929. The Shire comprises three urban centres of Narromine (population 3500), Trangie (population 800) 35 km to the west, and Tomingley (population 50) 35 km to the south. The remaining residents live in the surrounding rural areas.

The project involves the provision of blasting and gravel crushing services in gravel pits located within the Narromine Shire Council area:
* Drill and blast - required at only one pit that is used infrequently
* Process material through the crushing plant to required size and stockpile

Tender documents are free and can only be obtained electronically following supplier registration on Tenderlink at www.tenderlink.com/narromine.

Tenders shall be addressed to the General Manager, Narromine Shire Council and clearly marked as nominated in the Request For Tender document. Completed responses may be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred), by hand in a sealed envelope to the tender box at 124 Dandaloo Street Narromine, or by post to PO Box 115 Narromine NSW 2821.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Tenders close at 4.00 pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Narromine Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender and may reject any or all Tenders submitted and may waive any irregularities therein.
