Improve Space Allocation Glasshouse 4B

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this procurement is to engage a supplier to manufacture, deliver, and install modifications to existing 150m 2 bay of glasshouse (4B) with dividing walls in positions nominated specification to create 4 bays. The contracts now in place for allocation of space have a clause for expansion of the contracted area between now and 2020. Currently Glass House 4 has 2 large 150m2 compartments. The proposal is to divide compartment B into 2 x 25 m2 compartments and 2 x 50 m2 compartments and to upgrade the Building Management Software to control the additional compartments and future added compartments.

A site visit is highly recommended.  A date and time is to be negotiated with the facility manager through the contact officer Lana Cronin.
