The City of Armadale invites tenders for the fit-out of the new Kelmscott Library. The new 500 sqm library is located within the Stargate Shopping Centre in Kelmscott. Works include internal fit-out, building services and coordination of furniture suppliers. Library shelving is not included in the contract.
