Principal Consultant Cairns Lake Street - Office Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠Ergon Energy Corporation Ltd plans to undertake office refurbishment works at its existing Cairns Lake Street office on Levels 2, 3, 4 & 5 based on but not limited to the following:

* Floor plate drawings;
* Property Service Accommodation Manuals and
* Asbestos Report & removal process.

It should be noted that this work is the asbestos removal of floor tiling under existing carpet on levels 2 and 3, all other asbestos removal works has been completed.

Ergon Energy Corporation Ltd is seeking a proposal for consultancy team services to manage the project through all phases, to completion.

To successfully deliver this contract, the Tenderer’s team will need to have experience and skill in the following:

* Program Management - high level works programming, works programme sequence;
* Design Management - Design brief outline;
* Office fitout design;
* Building / Facility Life Cycle Planning.
