Invitation to Register Expression of Interest to operate a Carnival at Black Beach Reserve.

This EOI invites you to submit a proposal to operate your Carnival from the Black Beach Reserve over the Christmas/New Year period.

Kiama Municipal Council is a Local Government Area (LGA) located on the south coast of New South Wales between Shellharbour and Shoalhaven. It was formed in 1859 and has a diverse range of physical environments, including beaches, rainforests and rural landscapes that attract a large tourist base each year. The Kiama LGA has a population of around 20,000 people. There are several local townships within the LGA including Kiama, Kiama Downs, Minnamurra, Jamberoo, Gerringong and Gerroa.
