Tender Description
Council invites interested parties to submit an offer for the purchase of a portable cabin/office that is currently being used as a site office at the South West Rocks Transfer Station (SWR Transfer Station).
The portable cabin/office will be available for collection from the SWR Transfer Station from 17 September 2015 and must be collected within 1 week of this date. Please note that transport arrangements and costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Interested parties can view details and photos of the portable cabin/office on Council's website www.kempsey.nsw.gov.au
On-site inspections are available by appointment only on Wednesday 26 August between 11am and 1pm. An inspection appointment can be made by contacting Aisha Spokes on 6566 3200.
Offers must be submitted in writing and must be received by 4:00pm Friday 4th September and are to be sealed in an envelope that is clearly marked“Invitation to Submit an Offer for Purchase of Portable Cabin/Office – F12/503-04” and may be lodged by either:
* Placing the submission in the Tender Box at Council's Customer Services Centre, 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey, or
* Mailed to the General Manager, Kempsey Shire Council, PO Box 3078, West Kempsey NSW 2440
Please note that the best or any submission offer may not necessarily be accepted. All transportation arrangements and costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
