Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being sought from experienced, licensed builders for the construction of a Respite Care residence in Griffith. The design consists of a five (5) bedroom home with carport and covered walkway. Other aspects include landscaping, fencing and associated works. The project has been documented by and will be administered by an architect.
EOIs must clearly identify capability, resources, previous experience and include two (2) references from projects of the same or larger scale. Construction is expected to commence in October 2015.
