Tender Description
Ellenbrook is Australia’s most awarded new town. Expressions of Interest are sought from experienced Child Care operators and/or Developers to develop a new Child Care facility in Ellenbrook’s latest Village, Annie’s landing.
The 1828sqm site will form part of the broader Village Centre retail development anticipated to commence in 2018.
The site is zoned Special Use (Ellenbrook) under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17.
