Tender Description
Experienced contractors are invited to tender for Automated Landscape irrigation Works at Central Gardens in Merrylands. Works involves supply and installation of tanks, pump system, irrigation lines, solenoid valves, and associated electrical and miscellaneous works.
Tenders closing time is at 4pm on Thursday, 17 September 2015. Tender documents are available from Councils Customers Services Centre. Phone: 02 98409840 between 8am and 4.30pm on business days upon payment for a non-refundable fee of $20 for a CD format for each tender.
Tenders are required to comply with the Local Government Tendering Regulation, 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of Tendering.
Formal tenders must be submitted. The tenders (in hard copy and electronic format) must be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed with the relevant Tender Number and Description and either placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Customer Service Centre, Merrylands or posted to the address shown below.
A mandatory site inspection will be held on Wednesday, 2 September at 10am.
Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
