The Seiffert Oval precinct is undergoing redevelopment works. This tender is for the works to renovate the kitchen, canteen and toilet facilities under the main grandstand. Work will also involve the upgrade to the fire stairs to the rear of the grandstand.

The works involve demolition and disposal of identified internal walls and fittings of existing kitchen, canteen, and bathroom area and the construction of new walls, as specified. The works involve fit out of the kitchen, canteen and bathroom areas as specified. The works involve removal of asbestos material from the fire stairs at the rear of the Grandstand building and installation of new balustrade. Include all site supervision and the provision of all plant, labour and materials to carry out such works.

Seiffert Oval is located at Thuralilly Street, Queanbeyan, between Yass Road and High Street.

The pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday 27 August 2015, on site, at 2.00pm. Park in the rear car park, entry from High Place, off High Street. Meet at the front of the Grandstand.
