Tender Description
TfNSW requires the tenderers to provide a One-Stop-Shop solution for the provision of taxi and related booking management services.
A One-Stop-Shop is defined as a Supplier who can supply to TfNSW and applicable Agencies an end-to-end service in which it manages all aspects of online orders (including online booking system), reporting, and delivery of taxi services.
The successful Supplier(s) must maintain sufficient capability and resources to provide the Services to TfNSW to a standard that meets or exceeds any applicable Services Levels detailed in the Proposed Contract of this RFP.
The geographical area to be serviced by taxis is the Sydney Metropolitan Area, Outer Metropolitan and Regional for NSW TrainLink customers and staff.
The taxi service and booking management Supplier (“the Supplier”) must have the capability and capacity to provide TfNSW consistent and timely services for both Fixed Journey and Ad-hoc transportation requirements.
