Tender Description

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is requesting qualified builders with suitable design and delivery experience to nominate their allocation preferences for one or all 10 retail-residential lots addressing Carselgrove Avenue and Roghan Road, Fitzgibbon Chase via this EOI.

The Lots are located within the Neighbourhood Centre which will include up to 1,500smq of adjacent retail/commercial use and a park of approximately 400sqm. Lots 2-4 will address the park with potential for footpath dinning.

The layout will include demonstration underground electrical pillar boxes. The lids are trafficable however note the 1.4m x 1.3m exclusion zone will apply.

The properties offered will have the following key benefits:
* Development Approval in place
* Cleared site – ready for BA
* Freehold lots ranging in size from 49m² to 84m²
* All lots will be serviced with roads, water, sewerage, recycled water, electricity, gas and Telstra Velocity
* Purchase via option agreement or direct contract
* Civil works practical completion is expected by December 2015 with access to the site anticipated in January 2016 (early access terms negotiable)
