Management of the Home Ownership Portfolio

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for a Managing Agent to manage and administer loans in the home ownership portfolio for a five year plus a discretionary five year term.

The portfolio consists of loans established to promote home ownership for low income Tasmanians under the Home Ownership Assistance Program, Home Purchase Schemes, Long Term Purchase Contracts and Mortgages.

The Managing Agent will be required to administer loans under the portfolio including charging interest, organising mortgagee sales and preparing statements of account and monthly reports.
