* Construction of 83.5x1.2m Mass Concrete Footing 300mm thick
* Supply & placement of Bridge Pro `Verti-Block' Retaining Wall System (269 Units)
* Supply approx 96m3 of N25 Concrete infill & partial backfill
OR
Option 'B'
* Construction of 82.2x1.2m Mass Concrete Footing 300mm thick
* Supply & placement of Rocla `MassBloc' Retaining Wall (179 Units)
* Supply approx 110m3 of No Fines Concrete backfill
AND
General
* Removal & disposal of existing concrete/rock/timber retaining wall (Approx 82m)
* Construction of 185m2 of Asphalt Footpath, @ 2.0m wide
* Supply & install 82.5m of Pedestrian fence
* General reinstatement
* 6 month maintenance period.
