Leasing of Jindera & Walla Walla Swimming Pool Complexes

⁠⁠⁠Greater Hume Shire Council (Council) wishes to invite tenders for the lease and provision of management and operations services for Council's two (2) Aquatic Facilities being Walla Walla and Jindera for a period covering three swimming pool seasons commencing 1 October 2015 and terminating March 2018.

The Contract (and accompanying Lease) is to be executed by the successful Tenderer as soon as is practicable following notification of the awarding of the Tender.

In the event that a Tenderer is successful in relation to only one of the Aquatic Facilities, the Contract and accompanying Leases will be amended to reflect this.

The term of the proposed Contract (and accompanying Lease) is for three (2) years and six (6) months (three swim seasons) commencing on 1 October 2015 and concluding on 31 March 2018.

Council encourages Contractors to be innovative in relation to the proposed promotional opportunities and provision of activities and services to be provided at the Aquatic Facilities.
