Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender 1/2016” and are to be delivered to the Northampton Administration Office by 2.00pm Wednesday 16 September 2015.

The lowest or no tender necessarily accepted and the canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify.
