The project is located at one of Lake Macquarie's sporting complex in Toronto.
The project involves the demolition of the existing amenities and construction of new amenities building that include male and female toilets and a storage area. The building is the entry feature to the oval and will be replaced with a modern building meeting the needs of the community.
Tender close at 2.00 pm AEST on Tuesday 1st September 2015 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
