Tender Description
Ergon Energy Corporation Limited plans to undertake redevelopment works at its Cairns McLeod St depot site based on but not limited to the following:
* Site Masterplan documents;
* Property Service Accommodation Manuals.
Ergon Energy Corporation Limited is seeking a proposal for consultancy team services to manage the project through all phases, to completion.
To successfully deliver this contract, the Tenderer’s team will need to have experience and skill in the following:
* Program Management - high level works programming, works programme sequence;
* Master Planning - master site planning advice, development application conformity and review, brief documentation formulation;
* Design Management - Design brief outline;
* Building / Facility Life Cycle Planning –
The co-ordination, timeframe management and responsibility for all works, including but not limited to the Design, Documentation (technical), Tendering (provide assistance to Ergon Energy with response to contract RFI’s) Contract Management, Construction and Post Construction stages shall be the responsibility of the Principal Consultant.
