This Request for Quote is for the procurement of equipment funded through the Health Technology Equipment Replacement Program (HTER).

The items required are as follows:
* The Floatation Chair shall be suitable for providing pressure relief for patients with limited mobility while seated, reclining or lying.
* 3 X Flotation Chairs are required for the Mackay Hospital and Health Services (HHS) geographical region
