Provision of Dilapidation Survey Services 41 to 115 Murwillumbah Street Murwillumbah NSW 2484

⁠⁠⁠Tweed Shire Council is seeking to engage the services a qualified and certified building consultant to prepare and document a preconstruction dilapidation report on all properties identified within this RFP Document.

The Consultant will be required to enter the buildings with owners consent and take detailed information on the condition of the property.

This information is then to be compiled into a bound document that outlines the existing conditions of the property. This information shall include the following:-
* Identifies existing visible cracks within the buildings floor, walls and roof, by photograph
* Grades the cracks using an acceptable description as identified in the relevant Australian Standard
* Provides a measurement of the cracks width and length to the nearest millimetre.

The Consultant is required to produce a post construction report no later than 14 days after works have been completed. This report shall list all noticeable changes that have occurred in each building, detail shall include the following:-
* A review of each building post construction
* A detailed summary of any changes identified within the building, this shall include any renovations or furniture removal/changes
* A post construction review of all identified cracks width and length
* A summary of any identified changes and possible reasons for these changes.

Both reports shall be comprehensive including colour photos of the building, construction materials and any unusual observations.
